Q. Does monster Guarantee 100% calls or interviews from consultants if I subscribe to the ER bank services?
A: No. Monster does not guarantee Job offers or interview calls. Because this will depend on the availability of a job requirement that matches your profile or whether your Skills and experience matches the job requirement at hand with the Recruiters or placement consultants.
What you pay for is to increase your visibility and reach to a much wider array of consultants compared to other job seekers in the market who have not subscribed to this service. More importantly you are increasing your visibility to many more consultants who are in the business of placements but do not have access to monster candidate database.
